Actor Kim Bin-Woo updated her Instagram on June 15 KST and said, “I check my body and weight every day to prepare for the summer.”
She said, “There’s nothing special about preparing for summer, but I tend to keep my diet tighter than common exercises. If you run out of sugar around 4-5pm, you can eat one or two chocolates and some snacks, but don’t be full.”
Kim Bin-Woo married her younger husband in 2015 and they have one son and one daughter. Kim Bin-Woo drew attention by losing 23kg for body profile shooting recently, said her goal is to maintain 54kg this year.
