Kim Jong-min tests positive for COVID-19 on the set of “2 Days and 1 Night”

Koyote member Kim Jong-min has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the production team of KBS2TV variety show “Two Days and One Night 4” on July 23, “Kim Jong-min felt a slight sore throat on the set of ‘2 Days & 1 Night’, and tested positive on the self-diagnosis test kit. After taking a PCR test, he was tested positive this morning.”

Kim Jong-min also tested positive for COVID-19 in February.

The production team stopped filming as soon as Kim Jong-min tested positive the previous day. Except for Kim Jong-min, all the rest of the cast members were negative in the self-diagnosis kit tests.

The production team said, “Until now, filming has been conducted regularly through self-diagnosis kit tests, quarantine, and fever checks. We will continue to look at the situation so that there will be no problems in the future.”

The production team stressed that there is no disruption to the future broadcast schedule. The broadcasting of the filming portion will be decided after discussion.
