IVE Jang Won-young expresses feelings on stepping down as MC of "Music Bank"

IVE's Jang Won-young, who has been an MC of KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" for about a year and four months starting in October 2021, said goodbye after the broadcast on January 13, 2023.

Jang Won-young, who finished her last broadcast, said throught Starship Entertainment, "I spent a year and four months waiting for every Friday with Music Bank. It was a very precious experience for me to have fun talking with my respected seniors and fellow artists every week, to enjoy K-POP together and communicate with fans."

She added, "It's such an honor for me to be the bank president of Music Bank that I've always watched since I was young. I'll use my experience as an MC of Music Bank to greet you with more growth."

Jang Won-young, who showed smooth hosting through "Music Bank," was selected as the youngest MC of "2022 Asia Artist Awards IN JAPAN" for the second consecutive time, as well as the MC of "2022 KBS Song Festival."

Meanwhile, IVE, which includes Jang Won-young, will hold their first fan concert "The Prom Queens" at Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park on February 11 and 12.
