Lee Min-woo, Kim Dong-wan, and Jun Jin, members of the group Shinhwa, will form a unit. It is the first unit activity in 24 years since Shinhwa's debut.
The agency Liveworks Company said, "A unit group consisting of Lee Min-woo, Kim Dong-wan and Jun Jin from Shinhwa has confirmed their activities this winter. Since it's Shinhwa's first unit activity, we're working hard to meet fans with new charms and high quality music, so please look forward to it."
The team name "Shinhwa WDJ" was taken from each of the three names and combined. Lee Min-woo is the vocalist of Shinhwa and is in charge of producing, and has been active in solo activities under the stage name "M".
Kim Dong-wan has been active in various fields, including solo albums, acting, variety shows and musicals, and has appeared in the recently opened musical "Seopyeonje".
As a rapper and main dancer of Shinhwa, Jun Jin has also been active in various programs including Infinite Challenge, Radio Star, and Law of the Jungle based on his excellent sense of entertainment and athleticism, as well as solo album activities.
