BLACKPINK Jisoo confirmed the release of her first solo album on March 31. YG Entertainment posted a coming soon poster on its official blog on March 6.
In the poster, the green background and intense red colors are clearly contrasted, stimulating fans' curiosity about the message Jisoo wants to convey through her first solo debut album and the concept of this album.
Earlier, along with the news of the music video shooting, YG said, "We have invested the largest production cost ever among BLACKPINK's videos."
YG has been working on BLACKPINK's solo projects sequentially since 2018. Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé, who previously started out as solo artists, have all set meaningful milestones, so attention is also focused on the move of Jisoo, the last runner.
